Deployer Governance Index
Once a year, the Commons scores a named cohort of organizations on their AI governance from public evidence: attestations, HAIP reports, STAR for AI listings, ISO 42001 scope statements, policies, and disclosures. The rubric is public, the sources are listed, and every organization gets a right of reply before publication.

Fifteen Baseline controls, scored 0 to 3 from public evidence, with a confidence grade per score.
